Sun Lane Capital is a private asset manager specialised in the Dutch real estate market. We create investment opportunities for family offices and institutional investors by optimising individual buildings and portfolios, creating an institutional product with added value.
Our special focus is on unique investment opportunities throughout the Netherlands. We invest in all real estate classes from core-plus to value-add. Our investments are characterised by having not yet realised their optimal yield potential. Our aim is always to create added value.

Bart Verhelst.
Bart Verhelst is responsible for structuring the sales processes and managing the relationships with the institutional investors.
Bart has more than 20 years of experience in the Dutch real estate transaction business. Before he set up Sun Lane Capital with his partners, he was an Executive Director within CBRE, responsible for the Capital Markets Team in The Netherlands.
Before that, Bart worked at Cushman and Wakefield and ABN AMRO Investment Banking in the M&A team.
Bernard Muller.
Bernard Muller focuses on the sourcing and acquisition of interesting propositions in the Dutch real estate market.
Bernard has been working as a developer and real estate investor in the Dutch real estate market since the start of his career.
In 2010 he founded Mulvesta, with which he has built up a diversified real estate portfolio consisting of residential and commercial real estate assets. Bernard is also co-founder of DamBorg.
Gijs Hoedemaker.
Gijs Hoedemaker is associate at Sun Lane Capital and, in addition to sourcing new projects, is also responsible for the underwriting and Due Diligence process of all transactions.
Gijs started out in real estate at DamBorg, where he oversaw several large institutional transactions.
Before that he worked at ABN AMRO in the Investment Banking Team in New York.
Michiel Bogaards.
Michiel Bogaards is commercial director at Sun Lane Capital. He focuses on the sourcing and acquisition of interesting propositions in the Dutch real estate market and is responsible for the commercial team within Sun Lane Capital.
Michiel has been working as a real estate agent and developer in the Dutch real estate market since the start of his career. As a broker at Heeren brokers, he oversaw several large transactions with success.
